In what has become rather a tradition at Laudale HQ, a team of runners took to the streets of Manchester for the annual Manchester 10k.
The team which consisted of Laudale MD Alec Laurie, Andrew Sharp, Andy and Joanne Wolfe, Christian Lyth and Doris IT’s Ethan McHugh and Matthew Quirk, all completed the run in sweltering temperatures along with thousands of competitors and fun runners from across the city and beyond.
Fittingly as the run came at the end of Mental Health Awareness week, the team of six were running in aid of and raising funds for Mind, the mental health charity which provides advice and support to anyone experiencing mental health issues and campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
With a fundraising target of £1,500, it was good news as the sun came down on another Manchester 10k as the target was exceeded. Donations continue to roll in but the current total stands at £1,622.
An enormous thank you to everyone who donated, supported and cheered the team on! if you’d like to donate you can still do so here
Until next year…
